Founder, New Millennium Childcare

With more than 30 years of experience in early childhood education, Jacqueline Johnson brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep passion for supporting children’s growth and development.

She holds a degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and has built her career around helping children reach their full potential through both academic and developmental support. As a Developmental Interventionalist specializing in early intervention, Jacqueline is committed to creating nurturing environments where every child can thrive.

Her professional certifications include:

  • Certified Childcare Development Specialist

  • Certified Interactive Metronome Trainer

  • Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Therapy Training

  • Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) Certification

  • First Aid & CPR Certification

 

Jacqueline also has extensive experience working with FM systems to support children with hearing and communication needs.

At New Millennium Childcare & Development Center, she combines her strong academic background with hands-on expertise to ensure that each child is cared for in a safe, engaging, and supportive environment.

Michelle Johnson has served as the Director of New Millennium Childcare for the past five years, bringing warmth, professionalism, and a deep commitment to excellence in early childhood education. With a strong background in childcare management and a passion for fostering young learners, she plays a vital role in shaping the center’s culture of care and learning.

Under her leadership, New Millennium Childcare continues to provide a safe, nurturing, and developmentally enriching environment where every child is valued and supported. Michelle oversees day-to-day operations, guides a dedicated team of educators, and works closely with families to ensure that each child’s educational and emotional needs are met.

Known for her hands-on approach and exceptional organizational skills, Michelle balances the business aspects of childcare management with a steady focus on educational quality and child well-being.

 

Her leadership is rooted in the belief that early learning environments should not only prepare children academically but also inspire curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.
